I was never the kind of person who just “functions.” I wanted to understand:
Myself, others, life. And I wanted to feel — in all its facets. To live actively instead of just going through routines. To create memories instead of repeating habits. For me, no dream was ever too big. Early on I felt that I didn’t want to take the same path as many others. I didn’t want to be stuck in routines — I wanted to be alive, with every fiber of my being. I was a survivor, an explorer.
Without money, I traveled through Europe, slept under bridges in Venice, lived on the streets — and felt life, raw and real. I wanted to push boundaries, expand my comfort zone, experience something new.
On a search for origin — outside and within
01
Whenever something inspired me, I felt that I needed to experience it at its origin: I practiced Kung Fu in Germany — so it was clear: one day I had to go to its roots in Hong Kong. I discovered yoga — so Rishikesh in India was on my list, the spiritual capital of yoga. New cultures, new people, new languages: I wanted to understand life by living it actively.
02
My professional path was never just a job — it was always about inner growth too. My time in youth and family support was marked by intense encounters — with young people, families, crises and hope. I worked many years in social work, lastly leading a therapeutic day-group. Before that, I accompanied children and adolescents in El Salvador in violence prevention projects — amidst chaos, much pain, but also incredible vitality. That period shaped me deeply.
03
Eventually there came a moment when I felt: I need to get out. Out of everything familiar. Out of concepts of who I “should” be. I packed my backpack and embarked on a world trip that changed everything.
Between Himalayas and Jungle
I traveled to India, Bali, Peru, Colombia — and many other places. I completed two 500-hour yoga teacher trainings, learned Reiki, practiced ten days of silent meditation (Vipassana), and experienced a deep inner journey during an Ayahuasca retreat. I let go, questioned, cried, laughed, understood.
And I realized: there is no going back to who I was.

Space for real change
My Mission: Creating Space for Real Change
For a long time I suppressed my emotions. I couldn’t cry — and didn’t know why. There was shame. Fear to really look at myself. Early inner patterns shaped me — filled with beliefs like “A man must be strong,” “Real men don’t show feelings,” or “I must be liked to be loved.” These sentences worked silently — but they steered so much inside me.
Behind strength was something wanting to be seen.
Today I work as a coach — not because I have all the answers, but because I know what it feels like to ask the questions that really matter, that move you — and sometimes hurt. I work with people who have the courage to meet themselves. People who sense that there is more — more energy, more vitality, more depth. I accompany them with everything I have learned: from social pedagogy, trauma-informed work, my journey, and above all from true human connection.
I believe that change is possible when we get the space to feel safe, seen, held.
Today, it deeply fulfills me to accompany people on their path of personal growth. It brings me joy to give clients clear strategies and everyday-applicable tools — so they can step by step experience more clarity, inner stability, and self-efficacy. And when I see someone starting to grow from their own strength, I am grateful — because that’s exactly what it’s about: empowering people to continue their journey courageously and freely.
